Can one be too honest?

The perks of being a night owl is that you receive calls in the early AM which take an interesting turn; it makes you question things in loud silence. Where do you draw the line?

She said: “Noor, I was too honest, it’s a big mistake to be too honest”.

Isn’t it odd that honesty has become such a negative impulse? We are commended for telling a white lie as though it’s a considerate thought and a generous favour to the opposite party.

Pathetically enough, the truth always gets you in trouble, but no action comes without a consequence. Would you not rather lay it out on the table, be honest, suffer the temporary punishment than cover it up and have it cloud over you for days to come.

Dear darling, let me tell you that honesty does set you free because no lie goes unnoticed.

Further research: After a lengthy duet with Kathem this morning, he even agreed that if you don’t like the colour red on flowers, just say it – if you know what I mean.

London Town

DSC04626
Early Sunday morning at Regent’s park, the mood felt relaxed and people appeared at ease. Some were running a 10k marathon, others sitting on benches gazing, kids on bicycle training wheels and dogs running wild and free. It is a nation great of many things; centre of the world and a breeding ground for creativity, nature, fashion, music, and individuality that can neither be taught nor learnt.

Min conversation I was asked what was the point of this post? In simple words I wanted to say that London is a great city. Even more beautiful in winter, it’s just so yellow..

A short trip to Edinburgh

It’s safe to assume that my travel buddy and I were one of the very few sober passengers on the train ride from London to Edinburgh. Who would have thought Beer is a breakfast cuisine for some?

The most serene train ride to date, this city sure does not disappoint. Grass, yellow leaves, combined with coloured rooftops and ocean views is a recipe for the perfect landscape.

It looks just like Hogwarts grounds, a fairytale city, one similar to Prague.

Edinburgh has many tea and coffee houses, some of which have played host to famous personalities who wrote few of their greatest novels, an example, J K Rowling. But more specifically it’s the whisky bars and Scottish kilt fashion stores scattered around the city that sets it apart from any other destination.

One to visit you ask? My response is most definitely YES!
