It started with nothing more than a casual stroll in the City of Geneva. Without expectations it feels a little like home, it’s balanced between quiet and busy and with very little tourists.
The photograph blurs the boundary between the natural and artistic; it’s the plain beauty and perfect calm that sets it apart. You can’t help but be transfixed by the sound of the water jet fountain, the greenness of the grass, the ducks swimming in the lake, and the total scenery.
Alternatively the signature Rolex and Patek Philippe shops shape the class of the city. The ‘look but you can’t touch’ concept comes into play, but with a museum of watches window-shopping becomes rather enjoyable.
